I'll help you look for and conceptualize possibilities, using which your team can then create products that are better aligned with your consumers' wants and needs. Total Duration & Medium of Consult: This virtual consult (and fee) includes a total of up to 2 hours. The medium used will be Zoom or Google Meet. You decide the time-slot for the first session prior to fee payment. During the first session, we will discuss in depth, the product, consumer or competitor challenge your business faces. After that, the second session will be scheduled, usually a week later, per mutual convenience, where we will explore solution possibilities and routes. Maximum Attendees: For efficiency and effectiveness, each session can be attended by a total of 2 people from your team. Ideally, at least one should have the power to take decisions and affect change. This is also the leader who understands the challenge fully from a customer, market or Board perspective.
